In 2023, one of Finland’s first large energy storage facilities was completed at Piiparinmäki. The Piiparinmäki BESS is located in connection with a large wind farm, forming part of its internal network. RE-Tech supplied the client with seven 5 MVA transformers and one 700 kVA transformer for own use.
