Power distribution
RE-Tech’s products are an essential part of the Nordic energy distribution network. Our range includes distribution transformers, reactors, combi-transformers, and main transformers. In the Nordic countries, we represent the Japanese-Indian Toshiba TTDI, Serbian KKM Power, Spanish Lifasa SA, and Chinese Chint Group.
Distribution transformers
RE-Tech has supplied about 15,000 distribution transformers manufactured by Toshiba TTDI to the networks of Finnish distribution network operators since 2014.
The transformers have proven to be highly reliable in both pole-mounted and substation installations. Toshiba transformers have always held a strong market position, and since 2020, Toshiba has been the market leader in the sector.
Currently, transformers can be found in the networks of at least the following operators: Elenia, Caruna, Savon Voima, Järvi-Suomen Energia, Lahti Energia, PKS Sähkönsiirto, and Porvoon Sähköverkko.
In Finland, distribution transformers are sold and stocked by Sonepar Finland Oy.

Reactors and combi-transformers
RE-Tech is the authorized distributor for the Serbian company KKM Power in Finland and the Nordic countries.
KKM manufactures products commonly used for decentralized compensation in Finland. The product names SHR and CNT are familiar to nearly all Finnish network operators. The products have been supplied to Finland since 2003.
RE-Tech has been selling KKM products in Finland since its founding. The SHR-8 and CNT products are designed to suit the Finnish network, and several theses and studies have been conducted on them. Over the years, Caruna has been the largest user, but practically all distribution networks in Finland use these products.

RE-Tech has tailored main transformers for Finnish networks, suitable for substations with 400 / 110 / 30 / 20 kV voltage levels. These transformers are not only fit for traditional electricity distribution but also for wind and solar power applications.
